I think they're bad myself, the other player(s) can see what you're doing and where you are.

A lot of more recent multiplayers have LAN capabilities, so that's cool.

Yeah...I like split screen when you are in a Co-Op type of game. I hate it sometimes when you use it in a regular Death-Match type of game...not to fun like that having everyone stare at someones screen just to find them...

I voted good. It's the simple way out.

Though, wouldn't it be awesome? Think about this: Your friend is a few blocks away. You only have one GameCube/PS2/X-Box. But, with your system, you can wirelessly link up to another TV (within a certain range limit, mind you) and play Multiplayer with your best friend! Without even having to hook up to the net or whatever! That would be teh bomb diggi7y.

Bad since people can look at where you are and what you're doing.
Like the guy could just sneak up on you on the back in a shooting
game... :'(

They're good in the sence that unless you have internet play, you can have multiple players.

I know Xbox has link play to link up to 4 xbox offline. Too bad other consols don't have that capability though. :/

you mean linking 4 xboxes together, like lan?
PS2 has that as well, don't know up to how many though  and gamecube also i believe, though probably with just one game hehe :r .

Yah, through the lan. The way we play at my house, each team has it's own xbox, that way their is no screen looking.
