I saw a topic a long time ago, and it talked about this messenger that included Yahoo, MSM, and AIM into one... what was this, i seem to have forgotten, and if i am imagining things than im sorry... :unsure: |

Yeah...Trillian...I use...it is rather nice...except I have the free version...random disconnections at times...sometimes it is Trillian...mostly it is the MSN, AIM, etc etc's server... |

ICQ and Jabber are the only other two popular IM clients that I know about. I'm running AIM, MSN, YIM, and ICQ all through Trillian and to me it's well worth it. I don't have to start all the clients and it saves on memory. If you want, you can also try out Gaim but I find Trillian to be much better. |

GAIM is the open source version of a client that supports all networks. it doesnt support file sharing or transfering yet though. trillian is AMAZING, although its base skin is terrible. i suggest SETi aqua or nikon3 |

file or start or whatever can get u to preferences on the base skin, goto skins and if u have any DLed select them. if you dont have one, goto trillians site and then check out all the skins they offer. i suggest the SETi aqua, unique, aikon3, or anything in there top 10. they will have isntructions on what to do |

In trillian, can you change your name in your client (let it be msn, aim or icq) and it will ACTUALLY change on peoples list? I tried adding myself to another MSN accoutn and signing on with trillian and changed my name on the MSN. It changed, but when I changed my name on trillian, it was still the same. |
