 Far to many people on these boards are giving out false support and its so annoying having to read everyones reply if you want to help them out because another person has type absolute sh***

seth made a post about this in general support but i do not see anything has changed.

he said if people give wrong support there name goes grey and arent allowed to post in support then they get banned

i think they should have a few people going through reading all these posts and giving them feedback who is being a i know it all but actually i havent got a clue i just thought id give the wrong support

its gettinbg really annoying now

 PMing any of the Mods is fine. I'm pretty sure they'd agree since it's part of our job. It helps out a lot if you see these people and PM us. We may just miss it.

I rarely get PMs regarding it so feel free to PM me so we can work to further cut down the annoyances.

This is on the description of the General Support forum. It's quite obvious, I would think, that this only applies to PMs about getting help with your board.

Edit: It should also be common sense that you shouldn't PM us just to chat and stuff either. But for any purposes of moderation, feel free, it's what we are here for.
