Welcome to IF! :) Posts: 244 Group: Members Member #32,491 Joined: October 14, 2004	I have different sections for different things. Staff area away from members where staff can post freely about anything IRL that they want to. New Ideas forum for just that really, a thread grave yard forum and a members issues forum where we put any problems with members. I am in there all alone at present but I have just promoted a member to a Moderator but they have yet to be trained up so soon I will have someone to talk to in there so I had better go delete all the nasty threads I made up. :$

Customer Area Where our customers (we are a graphic design business) have separate threads of their own to talk with us. BetaChat Where the beta testers for our new program come to see the latest updates and post bug reports.

The staff room is the one place on my boards where I completely ignore spelling and grammar. It's just so nice knowing the members can't see you... Hmm, maybe I should ban them all. That should quiet things down a little.

Or we discuss bannings forum challenges and promotions etc I also do somethin i know alot of people do and that is let my elite members in on the convo. But most of the time it's just for fun. I really doint see the point of all this staff center stuff its really just to talk away without members seeing us
