Please help me this is for a competition, okay this is the question

What Soap In British History Has Had The Highest Ratings?

In my anwser i need to Include:-The Soaps Name, The Full Date Of When The Episode Was Screened, The Number Of Viewers It Received (To 2 Decimal Places), & The Percentage Of The UK Population Who Watched It (Estimate).

How can you have .78 of a viewer? Is that to cover all the viewers who accidentally lost their arms in amusing lawn-mower related accidents while watching the show, or what?
