 ok i contacted robot rage via email about the copyright for the ipb skin 2 days ago but no reply so i was wondering for the copyright can i just add "Skin Made By Invisionfree"

if not then what???

No. If the skin is his then that copyright would be incorrect therefore wait for a reply or don't use the skin; using it without his copyright and consent would be a copyright violation.

Wait for a reply. That's all you can do. That or find a new skin. :/

 I have a simple solution.
I'll delete that topic for not only violating the preview rule, but also because that skin and everything else Robot Rage has done so far has been ripping.
Oh, and I'll send him on a nice little vacation.
I'd suggest forgetting you ever saw his topic or his forum.

 Well since that one is ripped, no. :/
Now that I can see what the skin is however I think there is another version available. It's basically the IPB default if I'm not mistaken. A member here called Gogf had Seth ask IPB if the IPB default skin could be used on his forum and he was allowed. I believe he has now published it for use but whether or not it's on this forum I don't know.
PM him and ask him about it.
