Also, they don't have a ticket system for support like we do.

They're user support is a shambles.

 They actually have a support desk of which you need only 1 hour to let them deal with other users. The longest I had with them is 1 hour and 10 mins :). I prefer theres as they have more flexibility with the boards, but IF is as great with ease of use.

 DyNaMix- While you were away I had a few problems with the IF Staff.. forcing me to take my services to another board.. I also found BBFree very helpful they are both great services.. I have nothing againist Duffman or Nick I think they run great boards.. and IF is one of the best services, I like BBFree which is kinda like the same thing also that is why.

 BBFree wont be around long when they started they did`t have a installer like now so they cant upgrade forums all in 1 .....

 They just had one less than a week ago. They said, they can now host around 7,000 boards steadily. Don't really know the full details, but I think that sounds good. Right now they have less than 2 grand so it's holding fine. But for the last hour on IF and it's site, it has been really slow...so what's up with that?

 How would you know? You haven't tried BBfree yet. Oh ya, I don't recommend it for beginners as you will certainly get lost on the admin CP. It's for the more experienced and patient users that should get it. Took me 3 days to just get the things like banner, skin, and forums...whew! :geek:

 bbfree is slow they have cigerette ads etc...

IF still is better...

IF is easyer to use and has MUCH better support!

 It looks like this thread is turning into a comparison with InvisionFree and BBFree. I don't mind the comparison but this topic is getting a little side tracked.

One last thing though about BBFree: I can hardly imagine them lasting for long due to the fact that they run full forum files on their software which causes the server to be filled quickly with thousands of files. There server is not optimized in a certain way to run a specific board as they server multiple different board softwares. And last but not least, they will have a hard time upgrading when a new version is released.

Im not trying to bash on anybody, rather I am just pointing out some things.
