Permission to make a certain forum please

 on my board, would i be allowed to make a forum, called Support/Requests, so that my members can ask for Requests like lowere warning levels, but for the support part, would i be allowed to let members ask for support in how to do certain things on my board, and make two sub-forums called, completed requests, and solved support, pleas, if thats ok :D

 1- i love my forum

2- i always like to ask permission of IF first :D

3- i may of thought that only IF support forum, can offer support only

4- but then again, IF Skin zone has one
