 It's a pain in the ass bug that doesn't allow you to access IE. I only need on IE to download this crappy service pack, but with this bug I can't. I googled it, and I didn't know how popular is actually was. I've tried every way of trying to get rid. Anyone had it or know how to get rid of it?

one word of advice is be careful getting any patch for this, most of them are virussed designed to make it worse.
