My man Bill Gates said that the IPOD's popularity ain't got no game on Microsoft and even said the IPOD's sales will slow down a lot, because in the future , cellphones will become reliable Mp3 players that are competitive with IPODs .. and you can listen to music by using ur cellphone. And word to all your motherz cuz he is RIGHT .. because no one wants to carry a cellphone and an IPOD.... you rather carry one item that does both functionz, and plus it's cheaper to buy just one tool. I dunno, it might seem nice in theory, but I don't know if it would really work. A combined phone, mp-3 player, camera and PDA in one, seems like it would be cramming too much features into one thing. Imagine the low battery life and small storage space and such. Besides, is it really that big of a deal to have a cell phone in one pocket and an iPod in the other? |

How is that a 'diss'? If you read the article (Link: http://today.reuters.com/news/newsArticle....T-GATES-DC.XML) he is just pointing out how the iPod would not be able to stick with the market as Apple may hope. The same applies to Creative (with their Zen product) as well, but Apple have a greater market share, and hence draw all the comparison's and such. |

It's a diss because you have the richest man in the world telling the world not to buy stocks in his competitors product because it's soon to be worthless. I'm sure Steve Jobs didn't view it as his buddy Bill Gates "just pointing things out". More like his arch-nemesis telling him his product is going to fail. |
