Longer Description So we have been receiving a lot of support tickets questioning what is this new feature is all about. Well, here is the explanation: The new support ticket system is basically self explanatory. It allows administrators of boards to send support tickets to InvisionFree. These tickets can only be viewed by InvisionFree and replied by InvisionFree. This means that side-track conversations are less likely to occur as well as answers are true, instead of some guesses made by other members. Tickets will not be flooded as well, meaning that users will receive faster support. InvisionFree also has your board information, which allows us to quickly find your board and check for any problems or examples the board or user may have. We at InvisionFree hope this new feature will be something that everybody likes. Short Description You can now receive support in your board's Admin CP. The support via tickets has the following advantages over posting in the support forum.
