 But why does IF support use the default skin? It would seem to me that a really good looking skin would be pleasing to all the members that haunt this place. JMO.. .Comments...

 The support board shows what you get with a normal board, basically this is how a default board looks, and so it uses the default skin. It kind of shows new users what they get if they get their own board.

 oh ok.... Thats a simple answer but it seems true that like 90+% of people that make boards prolly do so without first visiting support Zone.. Just an honest question... Maybe in IF 2.0 you guys can install a skin selector and leave this as the default but allow for skin choices to veteran users.

 We have the ads up here for the same reason, to show you what you get by default. Since skin selectors will be included by default in 2.0, maybe we'll throw one up for you.

No offense to the IF banner, it is nice and all, but it would just kill the look and ruin the feel of boards.

 With a new default skin in 2.0 I would have thought we'd have a new banner too for default. Support having it's own little banner is nicer than having the default one anyway. ^_^
