 what does global support staff and communitystaff?

what is the difference of what they do

and do global support moderate everything and can warn and edit users

and what does community staff do

Community Staff only moderate a few forums at a time and cant moderate the whole board like global staff can, also the warn members is optional just like a global staff

 Global Support Staff - Give support to users in need. They are not forum moderators.

Community Staff - They are this forum's moderators. They can edit, sticky, unsticky, open, close, split, merge, and manage topics.

 Other than the different name colors, they are all the same helpful people either way you cut it. :yes:
I don't know the difference between their permissions but they both can mess you up here if you say or do something bad. :eh:
They are all great and deserve the same respect regardless of the colors.
They are here for us....support/ass woopin/whatever.
You can be assured you will recieve the same treatment from either user group.
This is a user friendly place that everyone works together.
I would never turn around and say a mod is more important than a general support member....they all do the same here and that's HELP!
 :)

You're thinking about for all boards, I believe.



Global Support Staff- They mainly solve questions in the support forums and through the Ticket system. They can also moderate.

Community Staff- I assume you mean Community Moderators (there is also Community Admin (Seth) who I suppose is considered community staff since it's in the title). Anyways, mods mainly just moderate the forums. At the moment they can't help solve Support Tickets, but they can help in support, though not required.

But most of all, the main difference is:
Purple > Blue
