Firefox... Why?

 Why are about half of Javascript codes incompatable with Firefox? Why would some work and some not? It saddens me greatly :/

 Becuse most people use firefox, its much better than IE, i used to used to use internet explorer...and now i switched to firefox.

 Um.. please read the post instead of just the topic title. My question was why most Javascript codes here don't work with Firefox. I use Firefox too. But I wasn't asking why it was better.

 i think it's cuase fire fox is more secure than IE, therfore the loopholes are non-existant in Firefox.

 IE has a lot of proprietary Javascript, which doesn't follow the standards. Most scripts should work in FX though.

The only correct answer yet. IE has some non-standard extensions to the Javascript model, like document.all, that are not supposed to be used. Some people have learned to code that way, so it's all they know how to do.

 Interesting...so it is a flaw with the work of the coders, and not the FireFox browser...

FireFox has earned another point of respect in my eyes.
