I'd just like to warn everyne that my board was cracked because I gave admin to somone who gave somone else admin who assisted in giving the cracker access to the admin CP. Please people be careful who you give admin to. I gave admin to somone who I thought could help restore the board, well they took over as admin as I was going away. They gave someone they trusted admin and well.... they assisted in giving somone access to the ACP. Just warning everyone to be VERY careful on who you give access to, because you can lose your board, and it most likely won't be restored! |

Your OWN fault for giving ADMIN CP accsess to somebody else OTHER than Support staff via a support ticket.... No sympathy for you, sorry |

Um... did I say I gave it to somone that was going to give me support? I gave it to somone who I wanted admin on my board.. and I knew them personally. It wasn't them who hacked it. Re-read the thread.... I was just warning people not to do the same thing I did. |

I agree with BarryM...mostly. Even thuogh you knew this person personally, it was unwise to give it to someone who was unreliable. Perhaps you should have known the person better. However, I am deeply sorry your board was cracked at all, and I hope you are able to re-make it.
