I'm gonna take a crack at it, cause I'm interested. Does it not mean if the variable "bob" does NOT equal the variable "sally", it prints "I win", but if the above statement is not true, it prints "I still win"? Heh. Just a guess. Don't flame me if I'm wrong or anything. ;)
