Does 6 mean you can't advertise?
Does 7 mean everything on your website is there property?

Does 6 mean you can't advertise?

I'm pretty sure 6 means you can't abuse your website to spam other people with nonsense Emails, nor can you send massive amounts of bulk emails to people.

As for 7, I think it means that every software of THEIRS that you use is theirs. But I'm not sure.

 7 - you agree that they own everything, including your thoughts and anything else not material (ie, not written down etc). You agree that you don't use what they own, or try to steal them or use them.

Or, in mild leet:

You agree Go|)addy pwn j00 and 3v3ryth1ng, including all your h4x, sploitz and anything the admins don't like. You ackegknowledge Go|)addy r teh 1337, and you are t3h suck. Anyone caught trying to h4ck Go|)addy will be DoSed.
