 I was wondering, is there any main difference between Mozilla Suite and Mozilla Firefox besides the name?

Oh, and I never get ads using Mozilla Suite because I have an ad-blocker in my Norton Security.

 the suite contains an email program, while Fire fox only is the browser.

 Firefox is just a browser, Mozilla Suite is a combination of

Firefox is faster than Suite, so it comes down to features vs. speed.

 I believe they split up the Suite because it became too bloated. Now, instead of merging all features into one large program, they split it up in different applications (Firefox, Thunderbird etc.). They also stopped, or are planning to stop working on the Suite, I believe.

 Aw, that sucks. So far, I found better themes for the Suite than Firefox.
