from a short convo with one of the staff via AIM I think it's the ads that's cuasing the slow down. Duffman could do with this forum as he likes. He isn't using google.com ads, he's testing a new company I think.

I have waited several minutes and it doesnt load. its done it way too many times to count. its like every other time i try to get on IF the page does not load. its very aggrivating and its becoming annoying. and i also know about him trying another ad service. but it seems as if it would have done it at other times.

It's the ads - I've had the same problem. Seems to vary for me though, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. Highly annoying. :/ Hopefully these new ads will either be reconfigured so they don't do it or banished into the the Abyss® for all eternity. B)
