 I like NoScript, that way you can pick which sites javascript will run for you or not, good for protecting you against sites that you dont know or trust that well, you'd be amazxed how many different places one site can be getting JS from.

 I have a cookie editor (although Javascript works the same), some thing that shows me the IP of the site im visiting, FireFTP, and some others.
