Anyone having any problems with "Too Many Connections" on their php site? When i try to access phpMyAdmin through cPanel, it's telling me i've got the wrong username and password (even though i don't login to phpMyAdmin, cPanel does it automatically).

My host looks as if it's having the same problems for its company forums, and one of the guys on my site it seems is having the same thing with a different host.

Example: http://www.elixant.com/forums/

Ideas? I've mailed my host.

I can login to both fine. Did you mess with the cpanel folder when you were uploading something?
