It is not a violation of the TOS for an administrator to call someone names. :ermm: Arguements happen, people fight, they swear, blah blah. Unless he slandered you to an illegal extent, I doubt it's worth reporting.

Just move on. Not worth the hassle. If he harasses you, then it's a different issue of course.
