I know that Restricted (PM) is for PM advertising spammers. What rules did those Restricted (Support) people break? |

The've backseat modrated, given unhelpfull posts and very dodgy and inaccurate support If I remember correctly. |

They basically gave incorrect support multiple times, having been warned by members of staff not to. |

Basically what everyone here has said, and from what I can tell a whole lot more people need to be put in this group. If they need support they shouldnt have been trying to give bad support o.o |
