or it just could be that they dont want to get in trouble with the government as I have seen Commercial Software that can get those images, google just dont wanna do it.

Vell, Google Earth does let you hover above Area 51, but I'm not sure if that white area is covered up or if that's just how the mountain looks. Check it out: |
