 Is it OK if I use a couple of functions from Idioquote in a program I'm coding?

The functions are updateConfig() and changepassword().

If not, it's ok, but they're really nice and it would save me a bit of work. I'll leave a notice in there leading back to your site and all. :)

 Just re-make them. Don't look at them at all. I think he'll let you use it though. If he uses the GPL then it wouuld count as modified, and you'd have to put that blurb at the top.
