It's Your Community: What do you want?
I've decided to use this blog as a type of Feedback area. As Community Administrator, my job is, well, the Community. But what is it that the Community wants?
This year I have several games and events in the works. I'm hoping to get Zetaboards Government set up within the next 2 months. Over the spring, I hope to have Zetaboards Big Brother ready to go for a summer release. And I've started the Staff Sims comic which will start to incorporate users every now and then.
But is that what the Community wants? Do you want more discussion topics? Do you want more games, events etc. Or do you want something new?
I want to hear about it right here on this blog!
What do you want?

We definately need more discussion topics in Comm Chat, perhaps some more relating to current affairs..

I agree with Gladstone, I don't take part in Java and most of the Com Chat topics are useless.
I have a thought about more Joinable Groups, possibly run by the community and used for individual discussions, such as cooking. That way if users don't wish to discuss the topics, they don't join.
I feel more games, not that the current plans are bad, could turn the board into a games board and see the loss of any form of discussion. Large community based events every now and then are great. Special events, such as the Anniversary, should be written in stone!
If I think of more I'll be back!

There shouldn't be a graphics request here, since this board affiliated with ZBTZ to redirect all this kind of activities there while they would redirect all support here. Seems unfair >.<
I agree with the idea of having more Joinable groups with specific general topics, so people who are interested on discussing that can join them. -

Personally, I want more large-scale competitions, like the Apprentice, ZB President, etc. Thsoe are much more fun when you compete in them, personally. (Wow, Personally in two sentences...I'm abusing it these days...)
More information on the ZB Government would be nice, but I guess we have to wait until that is actually up.
A nice thing would be trying to improve the community area so it is more active. Really, this board seems inactive, aside from support. I know that it the purpose, but for those of us who may not regularly use that area, it seems a bit boring. I don't visit daily because I really just see this board as a bit inactive, in the community area. It disappoints me.

I'd like more free chocolate muffins, if that's alright.

Having a weekly "sticky'd" Topic picked out by some of the community mod's, just an event that is picked and discussed in the community forums

Muffins would be nice.
A little bit of information on the president thing would be good, I've though about asking to join the cabinet but I have no idea what it is.
Nivaxon, any ideas to help improve Community Chat? To me it seems to have picked up slightly, but maybe that's because I'm in there a bit more these days.
More large scale competitions take a lot of time, so it may possibly be better to have regular smaller competitions? -

Late response, sorry Tony.
Specifically, I suppose I would like to see more discussion based topics. Though this isn't entirely specific to this forum, it is an issue in general. I tend to see a lot of news these days on forums (I used to post things like this and the topic got closed - again, not necessarily here on this forum), and I also see a lot of simple topics (not necessarily here).
Ok, so it sounds stupid that this isn't specific to this forum. The news thing is. It's like someone posts a story, and everyone agrees. perhaps more discussion, as to how would this affect someone or something? Like, encourage a connection to society as a whole. That's the main thing with news. But, more things like general things.
The chat topic is nice, IMO. -

The Atlas ID provides protection against water, shock, dirt, and dust. The two piece solution is quite simple and I like the design. You pry open the case, starting at one upper corner, to reveal that most of the Gucci iPhone 6 Cases is composed of a front piece with the integrated screen protector and Touch ID sensor. Simply insert your iPhone 5s into the front piece and then snap one the back piece, lined with rubberized material. You then snap up the bottom piece after inserting the plug into the headphone jack. That's it, everything is now safe and secure Louis Vuitton iPhone 6 Plus Cases. While I appreciate the ease of installation and level of protection, I found the touchscreen loses quite a bit of functionality along the bottom so that you have to slow down and press diligently on the keyboard to enter text. I also found that the Touch ID part of the front worked just about 30 percent of the time. If you need ultimate protection, then you may be willing to compromise on these two things. I have gotten used to using Touch ID on the iPhone 5s and personally prefer to give up a bit of this protection for a much more user-friendly device Gucci iPhone 6 Plus Cases. You can buy the Atlas ID case for $89.99 that also comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers accidental device water damage if you use the case properly. This is quite a warranty and shows that Incipio has faith in the protection of their case.
