The world is coming to terms with one of the worst natural disasters in living memory. Tens of thousands have been killed by Tsunamis in South East Asia. Hundreds of thousands have lost everything. They urgently need fresh water and shelter - in short the basics to stay alive. All the major Aid charities are asking you to donate money to help the survivors of this tragedy. So is this radio station.

Donate now http://www.dec.org.uk or call 0870 60 60 900.

I've already donated. And our school board has donated over one million dollars (Canadian) with the government matching that making it over two million.

Approximate costs of items needed in the tsunamis relief and recovery operation

    * $2 – a sleeping mat
    * $5 – a mosquito net (essential in areas where malaria is a common disease)
    * $15 – a kitchen set for a family of five
    * $175 – a waterproof tent for a family of five

I never noticed that.
*Donates $175. :angel:

I did that back in with the florida issue. I emptied my wallet of every piece of change i had. Actually had trouble getting it in the can as it was already pretty full. Every bit helps.

I would have donated $5 of my lunch money.
But all of it was in my lunch account. :ph34r:

I didn't donate as much as i was going to at first, But because of that i went and helped down at a Factory that was shipping things to Asia. I was wrapping crates in some kind of odd plastic substance. :arr:

I collected money at my school.
But when my teacher gave the money to his guy with a red cross van, I realized 'red cross' was spelled wrong. :arr:
Thank goodness the cops showed up it was a typo. :ph34r:
