 Actually no..you can NOT delete ROOT admin user groups. Only the ROOT admin can do that.

 You wonder why I don't give out my url to people I don't know.. and I did once. I got in trouble for crashing someone at school's computer. I had to pay for a new external CD drive. And all I did was eternally make their CD drive open and close whenever it was on, but that's another story.
Anyways.. I never laughed..

I hate to sound horrible but do us a favour and stop moaning at everyone and everything, tantrums will get you nowhere :/ The admins will deal with it when they have time, you clearly have no idea how busy they are. Even if your forum is "gone" they can restore it to how it was quite easily but they have 100 other things to do as well, there are countless others needing help and such so just sit in the queue and wait it out like everyone else.

I understand how frustrated you are but it will be dealt with in due time, there is nothing more you can do unless your ROOT gets on and deals with it himself.
