Yeah, Jake has gone mysteriously silent recently. Perhaps it was that little incident with IPB and him admitting to cracking several boards. :angel:

From what i can gather the following happened;

Key: Hacker 1; Different to hacker 2; friend of NinjaGaiden (Admin at DU)
Hacker 2; different to hacker 1; Roleplay manager at DU

Right it would appear NinjaGaiden has pissed off one of his local friends, Hacker 1 then hacked NinjaGaidens computer, and messed with all forums he is active on, including DU. Staff members online at the time discussed this Hacker 2 was online was discussing how to help, he felt he was being ignored and got angry and decided to illustrate how vunerable Duelist Underground was, by cracking an Administrators account, he didnt actually mess with the forum except turn the board offline, after his point was proven he gave back the board, except NinjaGaiden accounts was deleted. (:/)

So there was no hacking of Forums, just Administrators and cracking of Administrators.

this forum, Duelist Underground, is currently being hacked. I don't know what anyone can do, but It was worth a shot to come here and just post about it.

yea this is the most annoying thing in the world..i had a forum with like 120 members and 3,000 posts till someone hacked it...only let trusted members be admins.....and if you see a guest check their last clicks and stuff to see if they look suspicious........and maybe validate registrations so you have to see them first.....unless its a real good hacker whose sad enough to just go round hacking forums..then your scrwed man sorry :/

 Lucifer, can you send me the details of the hacker so that I can send them off to a security forum. That way they can ban that user from further forums protected by them :)
