 it is gonna rock mainly because me and my buddy are gonna be laughing the whole time.

i found a place that sells tanks of helium to anyone. so we are gona buy a mini tank that fills like 30 balloons for 20 bucks and we are gonna breathe off of it the rest of the day and make fun of people in high nasal voices.

 Helium isn't a drug, and the kid in that last story was/is a supreme idiot.
Surely would have done something equally as stupid and dangerous had he not had access to helium.

 Helium is inert. Not harmful. BUT it is heavier than straight air. So if you breathe too much, you can suffocate yourself. Your brain will tell you you're breathing, but it won't help you get oxygen.

If you're going to breathe helium, you shouldn't be using any more than what's in a big balloon's worth every 15 minutes. Don't try to breathe extra to "make your voice extra high"... it can kill you.

Thus, I come to my conclusions that Iostream has already inhaled that tank of helium, or has already done so..(or didn't do it at all).
