If he is Off Because of God and finally changed to a Christian life thats the best thing ever! Wow I like that! There is not one thing wrong with him going to God instead of singing those songs all his life. Hopefully God will use him. |

if anyone from former Rage Against the Machine turns to Jesus....this is a guarantee that the world is coming ot an end and hell will be upon us by the weekend. if you know Rage then you will understand this statement. Also paychecks come out on monday....so....yeah. also no payment advancements will be offered this weekend. |

 That was amusing. The person running that website is clearly delusional. I've never seen Rage make any official statements one way or the other, but it's pretty obvious that they hold a certain contempt for Christianity, or at least its followers, and that "The Machine" and the "Evil Empire" they form the majority of are held responsible for genocide and so much more. A lot of people have no idea what Rage is talking about most of the time, but this FAQ has quite a bit of info. And no, neither Korn nor Ozzy are/were Satanic or anti-Christian. |

Thats what I was thinking a few minutes ago :lights: RATM is my 2nd favorite band next to KoRn, It's not such a bad thing that Brian got saved, But IF* the Singer for RATM gets saved I will jump off my house and do a bellyflop onto the ground holding a knife to my stomach! I'm sorry for the double post, warn me if you wish.. But I just have to say something :/ I look back at this topic and notice the ignorence and stupidity, All the people are like, "i hope its jus a faze hes goin thru" and I'm like, " :@ " What's so bad about being a christian? Why is it wrong to not tell lies? Why is it wrong to follow the 10 commandments? Laws! Laws are basicly the 10 commandments revised! If he has been saved you have to respect that. Brings up a few questions to question christianity and his conversion, I am sure if it happened in Church he had a reason to belive! Look at it this way, Would you belive the moon blew up with out a reason? He obviously has a reason for beliveing other than some guy talking in a big room! Wouldn't you have to feel something to make such a GIGANTIC decision? How could the deception be that great? How couold so many be fooled? How could the most evil murderer or criminal become a christian and be good without feeling something? Wouldn't you have to feel something in order to give up a multimillion dollar Gig? What if.. What if your wrong and hell does exist? Stop presenting your Ideas as fact! Until you have experienced both what you belive and the opposite of that you don't know for sure! If the main RATM Singer gets saved wouldn't there have to be something to it? How could there be a consipracy so big? Millions of christians.. Why? Because it could be real? Because they feel something in their soul? Think about that! |

The answer is.... Fear. And yes, I think it's sad that he seems to have let fear cloud his judgement, and I hope it's a phase he'll work his way through. If you're inferring that I present things as fact that shouldn't be presented as such, I would argue that I present what is proveable as fact as such, and what is rational and reasonable as such, while religions merely present their beliefs as fact, no matter how unproveable or irrational, with only those same beliefs as justification, which is called circular logic. At any rate, I don't believe this topic was meant to be a religious debate. Some of us were simply expressing our disappointment, which is equally as relevant as those who've expressed their approval. :/ |

Fear... Like a magic word that explains everything away.. I agree with most of what you said, But theres a reason behind that, a long one. Which I'm too lazy to type. Fear can't break a multimillion dollar deal! Fear don't make everything beliveable, If someone said they were going to kill me if I performed I wouldn't do it, Fearing going to hell on the other hand wouldn't stop me, I mean I would logicly think "I have all the time in the world", Fear cant explain everything away. I don't care what you say, it just can't! |

the reason i sadi RATM is because i know exactly where they are coming from, and i know all of Zachs lyrics, and they have been my favorite band/guide through life since my early years. and because they are so anti republican and speak out against wrongs, and speak out against religion, to see them turn to it would be a smakck in the face of all the work they have done. so to see them actually turn to god, would be makin a mockery of all that is rage. this is like Rob Zombie finding god. it cant happen >.< |
