I need moderators but no one is interested?; My board is growing but nobody...

 Ok my board is growing quite well but i realy need some moderators and no one wants to do it :( What could be putting them off? alot of them are keen to post and get involved but just arent interested in moderating :unsure:

 Maybe they have other boards to moderate. Sometimes people don't have the time to moderate more than one or two boards.

 You don't have enough members and posts to warrant them. I wouldn't want to be a mod of a small forum like that until it grew.

 There arent many members but the members we have got a very active and because of the amount of forums I can't keep up :( Just a few mods would be useful...

 perhaps its not necessary to moderate your board and thats why nobody feels the urge to protect the board from spam, etc

 heres a few tips:

hold competitions
reward members
smarten board up with banner and skins
use codes on it
be frequently on the forum

 Do you ask for Moderator's? Me I look for them, I look who is actually active and a good member, and I ask them if they would like to become a Moderator.
