It doesn't matter how long people have been here. There isn't a line up for staff positions that you hop onto once you join and start becoming an active part of the community. It's the quality or your posts and/or whether the person has the knowledge base and knows what he's doing. I'm not saying that anyone who isn't staff (including those you named) are 'stupid' and will never be staff, nor am I saying they will be staff because they've been here for a while. All I am saying is when there is someone who is acknowledged by staff and is deservant of the position in one way or the other, no matter how long or how short they've been here, then that someone may become staff. There are other factors besides the "line up" issue. Quality over Quantity™ Welcome again, again, Mez.
