 You're both using NTL as your ISP, yes? That's what your IPs tell me at least :P

It's probably a problem with them. They've been having a lot of problems recently, sometimes disconnecting you, or sometimes where things slow down a lot. You might want to try a little later.

That's what I think it might be anyway
