kingy: Can you access any of the s6 boards? Like maybe this one? I'm unsure if you're having the problem, but you seem to be coming from NTL as well. If your cache works, perhaps others can use it as well. Edit: Umm.. yeah, I only need to know if people with NTL (or affiliated service providers/resellers) can access the link. Since this is a problem with only those users, having people from other ISPs doesn't do them any good. But thanks anyway. Edit 2: Yeah. Merc only wants to know if people on NTL can access it.

Just letting you know that I've contacted NTL via email and am waiting for a response. They do not guarantee to reply though, we'll just have to wait and see. Mercury - I tried your link and it does not work for me, if you wanted to know. :unsure: |

well I am unlucky dns error again, thats all boards on that server out of my reach! if you get a reply it'l be a miracle! they rarely look or respond to their emails as I used to run a site dealing with their inafficiancies for their customers. even ntl employees don't get anywhere half the time! lol <_< |

I know somebody who also dealt with one of their sites in the past and yes they probably will not reply, at least we have tried. Until then maybe somebody will find us our route back in. :blink: |

I haven't been able to get on *any* S6 message boards for days (other servers are all fine) and I'm on Tesco Broadband. Any news on getting this fixed?! |

Same here I'm an NTL customer and last time this happened it took nearly a fortnight to get back on S6. :angry: |

I used the NTL Broadband Medic to register a complaint and they told me to ping the site.Had no idea how to do it.When they explained how to do it.I tried but kept getting 'unable to find address'.Then they said its either my anti-virus or firewall (which is rubbish) how can my firewall/anti-virus cause this and even if it was the problem why are thousands of other NTL users suffering the same problem? There are 3 other users on my forum (one is using virgin) that also cant access the site due to being with NTL.So I guess they do know there is a problem but are doin naff all to fix it. |
