Yes I know that, but on your own pc you should be able to clear your ntl cache. :P

I know of AOL users who can do this for AOL by going to -->Start-->>programs--->AOL and by doing that it worked for them in the past.

no, that clears your own cache, the problem is with NTL. They think the servers still down, so they cannot allow access to it.

it's not me actually but some of my posters... in that case, what's the right thing for them to say to their ISP? other than I can't access server 6 :lol:
how this problem can be explained to the ISP? :unsure:

Just say you are not able to acces surten websites, maybe give them a link to this topic.
(My ips likes to blaim the host/site if I cant acces it, but the information in this topic rules that out. Also, the info here might help them fix it.)
