Yes I know that, but on your own pc you should be able to clear your ntl cache. I know of AOL users who can do this for AOL by going to -->Start-->>programs--->AOL and by doing that it worked for them in the past. |

no, that clears your own cache, the problem is with NTL. They think the servers still down, so they cannot allow access to it. |

it's not me actually but some of my posters... in that case, what's the right thing for them to say to their ISP? other than I can't access server 6 how this problem can be explained to the ISP? :unsure: thanx |

Just say you are not able to acces surten websites, maybe give them a link to this topic. (My ips likes to blaim the host/site if I cant acces it, but the information in this topic rules that out. Also, the info here might help them fix it.) |
