Since many of my friends have been wondering why they don't get a reply, and rarely the tos violations are done, I was wondering, on making a team for it, like Ripper Report Team from SZ..

You can send PM's to them with the violations, then they take care of them, watch out in the board, and delete it.

What you guys think ?

All Terms of Service violations are quickly processed. It is possible you are improperly sending in a report if you do not get a response.

If you attempt to file a copyright infringement or abuse report not under those categories they will not be processed. Additional instructions are listed on http://invisionfree.com/report.php

Foreign language boards are handled separately and may not be closed just for that.

So, when and how it gets closed?

I just tought , if you have a board in a language different from english, it could be closed :/

Could being the right word. ;) It might be but it might not, they may get a warning to chage it or purchase ad removal.

Honestly, I'd spend less time on watching them for being closed and more time focusing on your board, your life, etc. If you report a board that's violated the TOS, well done but there's no point hanging around to see if it gets closed. :/

We don't normally respond to reports either.
I mean... heh, that sounded wrong.
We respond by taking appropriate action, if necessary, but we don't reply to the person who filed the report, except in rare circumstances when it's needed.

I don't see much point in going to actually look for boards who have violated the terms of service, most of them are discovered by staff anyway.

This is not exactly accurate. Your reports are very important, most of us certainly don't have time to float around random boards and look for violations.

I agree, by going around looking for boards that are comitting the smallest violation your only going to be causing more time to be taken to sort through boards that actually need to be shutdown. If a board is violating a TOS I'd imagine chances are it will eventually be reported by a member when it has severely violated a TOS.

In effect, by reporting sites all the time out of the enjoyment of the power control is sort of abusing the "Report Abuse" function.
