T.O.S. ... (d) False Information or libel; (e) Spam, chain letters, or Pyramid schemes; (f) Gambling or Illicit drugs ... (j) Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind ... (l) Invasive of privacy or impersonation of any person/entity ... Few questions: 1) Regaurding section (d) what if you are wrong? You just post something and it happens to be wrong, is that a violation, or would there have to be multipul thread that mallicously posted something untrue? 2) Regaurding section (e) So you can't have a board for members just to spam? Also what is 'Pyramid schemes'. 3) Regaurding (f) and (j) I have an rp, are poeple alowed to pretend that their character is having sex (no pictures) or doing drugs (no pictures, or refrences to real life events, or places) 4) Regaurding (L) I am assuming if it is blatently odvious that we are not someone we can pretend to be someone, as a joke.

Because my board has set up a thread where we are creating some rumours on T Shows and celebs..Is that ok? Maybe this TOS thing needs to be re-writin a little.

It would have to be malicious/illegal. 2. Spam is referring to email or targeting other sites. You are welcome to have a general chat or what some would call a 'spam' section. 3. Probably not. 4. Jokes would be an exception.

Unless you said a person was dying or somethings so inflamatory that it affected thier mental, or physical health.

I believe it would be malicious or illegal if you were to say stuff that you know isn't true about another person. No. It wouldn't be illegal first off (first Amendment (the good one)). And secondly it would only be mallicous if it affected there mental health in someway. Like if you sudenly said someone had sex with a bunch of people, and that turned off all of their fans and there record sales went down.
