No. It wouldn't be illegal first off (first Amendment (the good one)). And secondly it would only be mallicous if it affected there mental health in someway. Like if you sudenly said someone had sex with a bunch of people, and that turned off all of their fans and there record sales went down.

Libel is one of the exceptions to the first amendment actually.
Also note that the first amendment does not apply for InvisionFree.

Yes, but libel is pretty much the samething as mallicous so I figured that would be understood. Wait though invisionfree is based out of america meaning it abides by american laws. So the first amendment does cover invisionfree, you have just decided to not let people do things through the T.O.S. right?

The first amendment has nothing to do with InvisionFree.
It prevents the government from restricting what you say, not private companies.

IF is a privately owned company providing a service which happens to allow you to express yourself.
But how you're allowed to express yourself on IF is entirely determined by DuffMan.
He could say you can't use the word "the" and there's nothing you could do about it.

Phrank, you're using the word "tasty" in your sig. That is a bannable offense based on the List of Words You Can't Say at InvisionFree.
