You should make a new catagory in your buddy list, that gpes for all the staff, something like "Annoying IF People" or something... >_<

I have 'IF Staff', 'Friends' (where I add the peeps I like into) and two IF categories: 'IFers' and 'OMTEHGAWDNOO!!!!'. :yes:

I removed the details when I became a mod because people were randomly contacting me to say congrats and ask questions. :wacko: Yoda was right. :yes: Wise man. B) But I readded them since I know some people don't abuse it and I just ignore those that do.
Besides some of the stuff I get is hillarious. :lol:

 A lot of times, people added me to their contacts because they wanted me to do things for them, like coding and such. If I know you for a while, that's ok, I might help you with some stuff, but if the first thing is "Hey can you do thisthatandsuch for me, plzplzplzplz?", forget it, you're blocked.

Asking about IF plans ("When's the upgrade?!!!11111") is also a big no. :rolleyes:

Also, a certain someone who added me thought it was nice to randomly start huge group convos with all people on his MSN list, resulting in flooding, computer lagging and whatnot. Additionally, 5 notification windows when he signed on gave me even more reason to block him. :arr:

So, no. I've stopped giving my screen names to random people. A lot of random people seem to have a talent for annoying me :ermm:

 Hmm, well I personally don't mind people contacting me, altough my details aren't available on this board. I might add them again.

But generally my conditions are:
If I have no idea who you are, you're blocked. I have a nice 'blocked contacts' group with a lot of names from nowehere. I don't like talking to strangers.

And if it's about support for IF, forget it. OK, I have been helping the odd people out recently, but that's a one-off thing, don't expect it to happen always.

Other than that, people are free to IM me to 'just talk' usually, as long as I know who you are and I actually want to talk to you.
Although i'm not that much of an IM person, so don't expect me to start up a conversation with you all the time, and don't expect it to last long >_<
