I'm not sure why but when I logged in this morning FF suddenly didn't work. No spyware, viruses or adware detected so that's out the window. And I was the last to log out last night and the first this morning so nothing could have been added in. It just suddenly stopped working. Basically every time I open the window it doesn't load IF (my homepage) and just sits there, unable to load and if I click on it it says "Mozilla Firefox(NOT RESPONDING)" at the top. I reinstalled it and still nothing. It worked until now so I'm at a loss. Makes no sense to me. Help teh kitteh get back his fox or he'll be lost in the IE void forever. :'( |

Eh, Firefox winds me up by doing stupid stuff like that too. Sometimes it fixes itself after a while. Sometimes Are you using the latest version of it (1.0.3)? |

Yes. Just downloaded it this morning. Do you think this has something to do with it? I went to Add/Remove Programs and found FireFox 1.0.2 but when I clicked remove it said this:
It prevents me from removing it.

If I did a system restore wouldn't I just end up with this problem occurring tomorrow? I haven't done anything between yesterdat night (when it worked fine) and this morning (when it pooped on me) so I'd assume it's just being mean.
