are you positive because i know of a man (im not saying names) but he got past a ban on mine and my bro.s site and he did some spamming like i'v never seen befor and anyway im pretty sure that he did it by deleting the cookies or something like that (most likly though he didn't i cant remember to well as it was a while back) |

You can delete cookies all day and that dosn't get around an IP ban. Cookies are things put on your computer by them website. When you are IP banned the server changes its files to make the IP banned. You could delete everything the server put on your computer, but that still isn't gonna change the servers files. |

I hate that kind of people. They do it for no reason, and destroy your (possibly) hard work. That kind of thing's happened to me before, and they ended up getting their service cut off by their ISP  My forum members joke about it alot

Zero not cool at all o.o..... But anyway i'd do what pretty much what everyone has said enable manual validation and only let members join by invite sure you wont be the biggest board out there but eventually this other board will get tired of trying and move on. If not contact me I know quite a few good vbulletin exploits [muhahahha} Seriously just try seeting manual validation. |
