 this is aimed at IF staff, may i have permission to use some of the emoticons on here for my forum, im sorry, its just, it says if you pm staff you may recieve a suspension and i wouldnt want that :(

 The only one I can think of that you'd need permission for is :mez: as Stefan made it, the rest however can be found on most emoticon sites that do IPB/IF emotes. :r
So I'd say you're welcome to them, just not :mez: and perhaps :phrank: not sure though, never seen :phrank: before...or :merc: for that matter. :unsure:

So yeah, the rest I've seen around and can be used, just not sure about those three since Stefan made :mez: and the others I don't know. :/

 I was told that you could use all of them except the ones made after the staff. To use the ones made after the staff you had to ask the staff.

It is easy to tell, when you select the emote if a staff name apperars (:staff:) then it is a staff members. All staff members are:
:lights: :luna: :rory: :stefan: :smithster: :phrank: :mez: :seth: :loth: :duff: :zenith: :jeremy: :yoda: :qb:

 Neither of those show :yoda:, :phrank:, :merc: or :mez: so what's the problem? :huh:

They're not available for downloading because they were custom made but as said before, Steef said it's fine to use his :mez: but you still need permission to use :yoda: or :phrank: or :merc: from them I assume, unless Merc made them all? :unsure:
