Anyway I don't know how cfdisk can be a bad advice if it is simple, menu driven partitioning program...<_< And with qparted there is always alot of problems especially while trying to mess with NTFS. Never tried ntfsresize, but no idea what is the point of this if you can use Partition magic on Windows which is known as not f* up NTFS partitions program. Regards. |

Sounds romantic  *Qj thinks about getting some linux distro two. Is Ubuntu a good one to start with? (I'd be using it for just common use, nothing really special) |

Yeah, from what I've read, it seems it is very user friendly and a good linux distro to use for general purposes... *101 wonders what distros which are not user friendly are like... Don't worry Das you're a hero too... :luna: Edit: Thanks to Seth Ubuntu now works fine, now all I have to do is configure the wireless network on it... I've been added to the growing list of IF Ubuntites... Resistance is futile...
