 as on this post http://support.invisionfree.com/index.php?showtopic=137259 jay told me about this skin from gogf at {Removed to prevent advertising} but is it ok coz its a ipb skin...have we got permission 2 use it??

if yes then wheres the copyright

 it was nice of IPB to let IF 1.3 forums use the 2.0(.0) skin. besides that I dont' think anything else IPB has done is i think some sales on the leiences.

Rather nice of them.
The other one in that topic that you'd originally asked about was hotlinking all the images from IPS, etc. and I doubt he got permission to do any of it.

That skin look snice to me, it's a bit darker, more appealing to me than this one, but I guess that's just my opinion. I don't really understand what is meant by "too blocky," though...:ermm:

It's not meant to. It's supposed to be different. :P If we just copied it would be a little silly, we have our own default skin, IPB has theirs, all other forum hosts have their own, etc etc. Come IF 2.0, we'll have a brand new one, hopefully more navyish like the banner if we're sticking with blue. ^_^

:rofl: I'm not really a fan of teh IPB 2.0(.0) :lol: skin. I'm sure the NEW DEFAULT SKIN

 No, it's meant to be brand new. Same colour theme I think (blues) but different look and maybe colouring. Hopefully it's a tad navier. :P
