 I AM POSitive, Cause i was looking at Duffman's Posts count (not that i want to compete or anything) And i was keeping track of how many posts he had, and when i refreshed the page, the post count immediately had risen by like 20 posts. And i Check the main board page to see where he would have posted and nope didnt see it at all.

SO i am sure it does for staff members

 It depends, some of the automatic replies in tickets do not increase postcount.

I get most of my posts in the abuse report section and ticket section.
