I am sure it's just a matter of dumping the PHP code that deals with IP band members into the Lo-Fi version. Brandon, you apparently bought an older version of IPB 2. The newer ones have fixed this problem.

Once posting is allowed in a later version there certainly will be an IP ban. It is not the lofi feature from IPB.
