Graphics mean little

 I just wanted to say that because i get sick of so many graphics junkys playing crap game because their pretty, and then saying how "gr8" they are and how all other games suck because they arn't pretty. Big whoopty-do. Last time i checked i buy GAMES to PLAY them not to look and say "wow this my not be fun but it sure as hell is purdy"


now that i got that outta my system post away.

also graphics are cool if it's got the game to back it up.

 i agree fully. i get sick of people screaming that a game is cool because the graphics are good. for instance, this guy sees screenshots of Getaway 3 and says its a good game. hello? getaway was a mediocre ( well, it sucked IMO ) game, so i highly doubt this one will be any cool.

graphics are a nice addition to a game, gameplay come first for me, it's why i buy a game. if it looks good as well then, that's a cool thing.

 Story and gameplay mean more to me than Graphics, that's why i still play older games, sure graphics make them nice to look at, but that could just be a candy cating on a bad apple.

 Yeah, take a look at Galleon. Nice and polished gameplay, but graphics are Dreamcast-Like. :yes:

 World of warcraft. its absolutely bueatiful all around, and its got some of the best gameplay for any mmorpg ....EVER.

sure graphics arent everything but they help a great deal

I don't know well graphics is a big deal to me since it makes the game seem a lot more real a lot more fun including the blood :shifty: and I perfer you don't call us graphics junkys like the shady effects and the texture it just makes it seem so real so it gets me really in to the game.

 to be honest i dont care a mullet how the graphics are if the game are good like soldat and diablo...both games has a 2D effect...but diablo has 3d shadows...but anyways they are two great games...and a game dont have to have a good graphic to be good.....

I love games who were made before...it werent so realistic as it is now..it were more "I wanna be in that character"
Like interpose whos a greate game...and decent and so on....
I think the games in the past were allot more creative then it is now...

 The graphics all depend on the overall game play, I mean, if the gameplay is good, and the graphics are bad it would be a bad game, but if the graphics are good and gameplay is bad it'll be bad too. However if the graphics are good and the gameplay is good it'll be a good game, and everyone would like it. Overall, it all depends on what the game is like.
