so your saying that if a game has really good story and gameplay, yet crappy graphics, it'll be a bad game? I've seen Super nintendo games that have better gameplay than most of these new games out. Like I say all the time, Graphics mean little except to the Fad gamers. |

Graphics are for X-Box fanatics. :yawn: If I want good graphics, I'll watch a movie. If I want to have fun, I'll play a game. Plus,I like cartoony or "cheesy" looking video games--the give the air of fantasy. Games today are getting too realistic graphically for my tastes, which is why cell-shading appeals to me. |

in general I dont care about looks of a game but yes some times in games like BattleFront 1 and 2 it will help fans like me in to the Star Wars unverse :w00t: but give me a NES and a few good games and Ill be happy |

Some of the greatest games ever were the old Nintendo Mario games. You know what they used for graphics? Sprites. Bad graphics, but good gameplay. Great games! Graphics matter not.

I like... i mean LOVE a good story. Brave Fencer Musashi is so much better then Samurai Legend Musashi, the game play was decent, the story was poor (sorry Square!) and the ending lacked the satisfaction i got with BF. Well i guess a better example would be, why do people read books? They have a good story. But its just words! But then again some people are dumb and dont know what they are doing so, get lost X-box fans

I don't really worry about graphics. Gameplay is what matters, I will play a NES looking game if its fun Runescape for example is a great game considering it a java but people blast it for bad graphics which look a little PSone |

I take offence in that, just because you go for the power supperior system which can play other system's games(yeah thats a plus with the xbox) does not in any way mean that the person is "dumb" Look at Bill Gates for example, I am pretty sure that if he ever plays a console that it would be X-Box and he is far from "dumb" He is probably one of the smartest people alive right now. |

no, no, no. he is one of the smartest people alive when it comes to COMPUTERS. i dont think he is overall a genius, maybe math too, but i doubt he knows anything about science. like steven hawkings, i think is one of the smartest people alive |

wen i play a game if it has a good storyline and good gameplay then i couldnt care less about the graphics, unless it made the game hard to play. if the game looked good but had sucky gameplay then i wouldnt play it. |

first off, non-xbox games play, IMO, less good on the xbox ( PS2 games for instance ), so form e that's far from a plus. also, as said above, bill gates is one helluva smart guy on computer technologies, but there's plenty of things he knows no mullet about, i'm sure of that. also, i dont really think he plays XBox, or any console. then again, one of the kiddo's of a nintendo high-guy prefers the PS2 over the GameCube, so who knows? anyway thats not really important right now. BUT i do agree that calling someone dumb because he plays on the most powerfull console is stupid. yes, without a doubt there's people playing the XB for its graphics, but i believe most play it for the games/gameplay/story etc. |

I agree, graphics don't matter. Some games were amazing, like Superman 64, but the gameplay was... wait, Superman 64 was awesome! |
