Seth i got a question, you said there are three strike. now do you give a warning to that person saying next time you give wrong info or whatever you will be restricted? now if you did give a warning like that to me, ( not saying you did). and i decided to stop giving support to learn the whole system better, does those strikes go away after awhile? and if they do how long does it normally take? do you kind of understand what im trying to ask? thanks for any type of reply |

At ease, everybody. Crockerd just got a 30-day vacation for creating a new account to try to keep giving bad support  Isn't it funny how in the end, you know you've done the right thing in getting rid of some of these people, when they turn around and do dumb stuff like that?

I personally believe that this new rule(s) in support is better because IF had alot of people competing to give and answer and it wasn't always the right one. This restriction thing is because the people involved did not comply with the new rules and so forth. Seth isn't being power pissed to me a good admin has to have a good handle on all situations and there are like 30,000 people on IF a day so sometimes you have to be strict or people just think they can do whatever they want. |

Guess who that just was :rolleyes: I hope you all understand that this rule was created to single out maybe a dozen people and get them out of the support forums. Those who give poor, incomprehensible, or wrong support. Most of you do great. When a community gets this big, measures you take have to be stronger or else things get out of hand. I promise I'm wubbly
